·       For customized hem length adjustments, embroidery or patchwork areas will not be reduced or altered. Any reduction in length will be done from the sides or non-embroidered areas. In such cases, the final look and proportions will not be the responsibility of the brand.

·       Base color customization may be requested, including a change in base fabric. However, the final look, drape, texture, and finish cannot be guaranteed in a customized fabric or color.

·       Patching, embroidery, and contrast colors will remain unchanged and cannot be customized.

·       For pret styles, size reduction will be done by cutting from the sides only.

·       For size increases, additional plain or matching fabric may be introduced on the sides, depending on fabric availability and design structure.

·       Customized orders may vary in final look, fit, and drape. All customizations are subject to approval and additional charges.
